Dr. Andrew Mullendore is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon—and a proud
husband and father of four.
Originally from Indiana, Dr. Mullendore graduated with honors from both Indiana
University School of Dentistry and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of
Medicine, completing a rigorous 6-year dual-degree surgical residency.
Now based in Columbus, Dr. Mullendore specializes in wisdom teeth removal and complex
oral surgery, blending precision, compassion, and over a decade of experience to deliver
safe, comfortable outcomes for every patient.
Outside the practice, he's a lifelong endurance athlete who's completed multiple Ironman
triathlons—and plans to keep racing for life.
